To ensure the best results from your ear wax removal appointment, we recommend softening the wax beforehand.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Ear Drops

Use olive oil ear drops or a recommended wax softener for 3–5 days before your appointment.

Apply the drops twice daily if possible.

How to Use Ear Drops

  • Tilt your head or lie on your side
  • Place 2–3 drops into the affected ear
  • Remain in that position for 5–10 minutes
  • Gently wipe away any excess oil

Softening the wax beforehand helps make removal quicker, easier, and more comfortable.
